Position
Description:
We
are looking for a self-motivated and energetic individual to sell
Information Technology staffing solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity to increase your earning potential and
grow with an established recruiting firm. As a Sales Executive you will
be responsible for all areas of sales and marketing to include:
identifying and generating new business through outside sales activities
such as cold calls, prospecting and relationship building. If you
can bring clients from your past jobs, we can increase your earnings.
We have done it before.

of the minimal payoff (~3%) on positions that your existing firms fills
for your hard earned clients?
We pay you
up to 20% of the billable rate when we fill one of your client’s
positions.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for
increasing market share by proactively prospecting, pursuing and
closing new business.

Manage your existing
relationships to maximize your income.

Proactively seek new
avenues to penetrate clients and attract candidates.

Establish and
maintain activity-based selling to ensure that sales activities are
aligned with business goals.

Develop prospect list
and execute a targeted sales and marketing plan to generate new
business.

Manage multiple
client relationships and engagements.

Active participation
in professional and civic organizations designed to build networking
database.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree
strongly preferred.

Proven track record
in sales within the industry that the chosen practice specialty
serves; should have IT based sales experience, ideally within the
staffing industry.

Experience developing
client relationships.

Sales experience in
the staffing industry with a proven track record of success and/or
sales experience at all levels with a proven track record of success.

Strong interpersonal
and communication skills, as well as business acumen.

Proven ability to
work independently.

Ability to
successfully interface with clients.

Ability to make
decisions, take direction and execute a plan.

Detail oriented with
follow-through shown in previous jobs.
